Hi, my name is Baylee-Rose Dequanne

Female photographer with auburn hair reviewing shots on camera in dark forest setting.

For a long time, I wasn’t sure what I was meant to do with my life — I just knew I felt things deeply and had a creative side I didn’t quite know how to express. Growing up, I was always the friend with the phone, capturing little moments and turning them into something special without even realizing it.

Everything shifted when I became a mom. When my daughter, Winter, was born, I fell in love with documenting her — especially her monthly milestones — trying to hold onto every little change as she grew. That’s when I truly understood the power of photography. What started as simple photos quickly turned into a passion, and before I knew it, I was investing in my first camera and learning everything I could.

Now, two years later, with my son Wolfe here and my days full as a mom of two, I’ve built something that means so much more than just photos. Being both a full-time mom and photographer has shaped the way I see the world — I don’t just capture how things look, I capture how they feel.

I’m naturally fun, outgoing, and I truly love being around people, which makes every session feel relaxed, comfortable, and genuine. I’m drawn to real connection — the quiet, the chaotic, the in-between — because life moves fast, and the smallest moments often become the most meaningful. I believe those moments deserve to be remembered.
